3. Suggested Dosing
A dose is what comes up in the dropper when you empty it and then squeeze it once - approximately 20-30 drops.

Clinical Herbalist and Former Registered Nurse Donna Cleary.
Donna trained as an Herbalist for 3 years has had her own shop since 2017. Before that, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Boston's Beth Israel, Deaconess Medical Center for 13 years. She make her tinctures with that expertise and a whole lot of love.
