Donna Cleary, the owner/founder of Spiral Herbal Remedies trained as an Herbalist for 3 years and worked as a Registered Nurse for 13 years at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston for 10 years.

3. What's In The Bottle?:
Contains:  Vitex, Red Raspberry Leaf, Nettles, Oatstraw, Burdock root.
Take once a day. The 1 oz bottle will last for a month, and the 2 oz bottle will last for 2 months. It is suggested that this tincture is taken for 3 months, then take two weeks off and restart the cycle.
If you have allergies to any of the ingredients, do not use this product. If you develop an allergic reaction, stop taking this product. Not FDA approved.

Clinical Herbalist and Former Registered Nurse Donna Cleary.
Donna trained as an Herbalist for 3 years and has had her own shop since 2017. Before that, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Boston's Beth Israel, Deaconess Medical Center for 13 years. She makes her tinctures with that expertise and a whole lot of love.
