1. What Does CBD Do?
According to a report published by the World Health Organization, CBD binds with receptors on your Nervous System, calming it down. So it has been used for Anxiety, Depression, Pain, and Sleep.
It also binds with receptors on the Immune System, making it a powerful antiinflammatory.

2. What to look for when buying CBD.
You should know what’s in your CBD that’s why I have every batch tested and publish the results here. There are no pesticides and no residual toxic solvents since it is extracted with CO2. This oil contains a high concentration of CBD, which means you can take a very small volume that stays under your tongue, so more is absorbed.
 
There is also no THC in this oil. Don’t believe everything you hear, research has found that you don’t need it when taking the doses needed to relieve pain, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, inflammation. CBD is also an antioxidant and is being used for seizures, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, etc.

7. What's In The Bottle?:
Contains: Organic Olive OIl, Organic Peppermint, Organic CBD.

.25 oz bottle of CBD oil contains 250 mg of CBD
.5 oz bottle of CBD oil contains 500mg of CBD 
1 oz bottle of CBD oil contains 1000mg of CBD 
 
This is very concentrated CBD and most people end up taking 3-4 drops under their tongue with relief of their symptoms. To adjust your dose, see below.
 
7. Suggested Dosing
Suggested dosing starts with 3 drops under the tongue, delivering 6 mg of CBD per day. Let the CBD sit under the tongue for a full minute before swallowing. Take daily for 5-7 days to let it accumulate in your blood to see if that dose works.
 
Increase the dose by another drop or two if you’re not feeling its effects at the end of a week. Increase by a drop or two every week until the desired effect occurs.
The effects last anywhere from 4-8 hours. Repeat as needed. The goal is to take only what you need. There is evidence that if you don’t start with a small dose, working your way up every week, there can be a paradoxical effect and the CBD won’t work. You have to be patient.
 
Of note, if you find you’ve developed some resistance to CBD over time, there is evidence that stopping it for a day or two will reset your response.
 
It is unknown if CBD is safe during pregnancy. 
 
If you have allergies to any of the ingredients, do not use this product. If you develop an allergic reaction, stop taking this product.
